8:00 a.m. - Platte River Basin – Applying the Elinor  Ostrom  “Principles  of Stable Common Pool Resources Management” Ann Bleed, Facilitator

9:45 a.m. - Refreshment Break

10:15 a.m. - Energizer – review of Ostrom Principles. Small group planning and report back for potential management opportunities.  Ann Bleed

11:45 a.m. - Recap of Sessions, Rowe Visit, Work Activity, Assignments, Adjourn and Homeward Bound.
